Research Interests:
The genetics laboratory of Dr. Leslie Lyons is focused on the development of genetic tools for companion animals and analyzing inherited diseases in cats, dogs, horses and primates. Major focuses include inherited traits and population dynamics of domestic cats and the various studies in the rhesus macaque.
